Governing document

Below you will find the governing documents that regulate the activities of the Umeå student union. The purpose of the governing documents is to make the everyday work easier for the board and everyone else who works and operates in our organization. The governing document becomes a guideline for what we should work with and in what way.

Governing documents help everyone work in the same direction. This also requires that we use our governing documents actively and that all elected officials become aware of the governing documents that concern them in their role.

The list of governing documents below is divided into sections according to the categorization of the various documents and for each document it is indicated when it was established or last changed.

Ordning

Ordningar ska beskriva olika organs arbete.
Ordningar kan också vara ett komplimenterande styrdokument som beskriver genomförandet av stadgar, regler, policyer eller planer.

Regel

Regler anger på ett konkret och detaljerat sätt vilka beslut och åtgärder som vid ett givet tillfälle fordras. Regler utgör, efter stadgar, den mest konkreta formen av styrdokument.

Instruktion

Instruktioner ska beskriva olika direktiv eller genomförandeplaner.

Plan

Planer ska ange så konkreta mål eller åtgärder som möjligt.

Policy

Policyer anger allmänna mål som ska eftersträvas eller värden som ska beaktas.
